You can get 10% Commissions for everything your customers buy, the highest in the Industry.
Start earning commission on sales generated by customers who access Dancewear Works through your Affiliate links. Net sales exclude shipping and

| How can I track my sales? |
You
can conveniently track your earnings online through your Affiliate
web page. Once enrolled as a Dancewear Works Affiliate, you will have your own Affiliate page which will provide you with access to a broad range of
reports at our Affiliate reporting.

| How do I know how much commission I’ve earned? |
You
can access data about impressions, click-through rate, orders,
shipments, and commissions earned through your Affiliate page. These
statistics are updated daily.

| How and when am I paid for my sales? |
You will be compensated on a quarterly basis provided that your commission meets $20 or above.

| How do I get started? How do I set up links? |
Once you sign up and
get approved, you will have the step by step process to help you easily
and effectively earn money by promoting After you add your links, we handle
everything else, including processing orders, shipping and billing.

| Does it cost me anything to become an Affiliate? |
No! It's absolutely FREE to join our Affiliate Program. There is no fee to apply and there is no minimum sales requirement.

| Can a web site outside the United States be an Affiliate? |
Yes.
We welcome Affiliates from anywhere in the world. However, customers
that buy from our U.S. site must pay in U.S. dollars. All commission
payment checks to Affiliates are in U.S. dollars.

| How do I sign up? |
First,
you must read and accept our Affiliate Agreement. Next, complete the
online application form for the Affiliate. After your
application is received, we will contact you to let you know if you have
been accepted. We will then provide you with information about how to
get started.

| Is my web site eligible to become an Affiliate? |
Most
sites will qualify to participate in the program. Anyone may submit an
application, but we do reserve the right to refuse membership to a site
or revoke a site's membership at any time if we deem that it contains
objectionable material.

| What are my responsibilities an as Affiliate? |
You
are responsible for placing links on your site and adhering to our
Affiliate Search and Public Relations policy. We handle everything else.

| I don’t have a web site. Can I still apply? |
No. In order for us to accept you as an Affiliate, we must be able to view your website.

| Will becoming an Affiliate increase traffic to my site? |
Our
Affiliate Program is a revenue-sharing program. It is not designed to
help you increase traffic to your site. However, the program enhances
your site by positioning it as a source for high-quality
offerings.

| Where should I place the links on my site and how often should I update them? |
You
should place links where they are easy for your site visitors to find.
We suggest placing your links on your homepage, your navigation bar,
etc. If you place the links in an easily accessible location, your
visitors will be more likely to click through to our site and make a
purchase. Because we are consistently releasing new banner ads and
offers, please remember to update your links periodically, if not
frequently.

| Do I earn commissions on my own purchases? |
Yes.
When you buy products from us by linking through your own Affiliate
links, you earn the same commission that you would from a visitor
purchase.

| What about product returns? |
If
a user returns a product for a refund, or if credit card charges are
reversed due to a dispute or credit card fraud, your account will be
debited for any commission earned on that transaction.

| Who processes orders and handles customer service? |
We do all of that! All you have to do is place our links on your website.
|
| How will you know that the orders came from my site? |
All
links from your site to our site contain a unique identifier. Every
time a user comes to us via your Affiliate links, we know to credit your
account when a purchase is made. This is only possible, though, when
you create all of your links with the tag generator from the respective
Affiliate Network.

| What is your Affiliate Acceptable Use Policy? |
- Dancewear Works does not intend to financially or otherwise support spam.

All email addresses on your list must be there solely via an opt-in mechanism.

Harvesting or guessing email addresses is not permitted.

Buying lists is only permitted when those lists are both opt-in and explicitly allow address sharing with third-parties.

Emailers promoting Dancewear Works products must promptly remove any
addresses that subsequently opt-out or “unsubscribe” AND share those
opt-outs with us such that we can publish those opt outs in the
suppression file.

Emailers must comply with the provisions of the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 and all other relevant laws and industry trade practices.

In accordance with our publishing contracts, Dancewear Works generally pays
for orders placed as a result of your traffic approximately 30 days
afterwards.

In the event of suspected wrongful conduct, we reserve the right to
delay payment to 90 days to allow us additional time to assess
information concerning the campaign.

If wrongful conduct (including, but not limited to violations of the
above terms or other spam/abuse violations) is found, per the terms of
your publisher agreement, Dancewear Works reserves the right to not pay you
for ANY of your orders.

In order to accomplish our goal of detecting and eliminating the
financial support of spam emailers, we reserve the right to work with
third-party for-profit and non-profit organizations and to take such
other actions as we believe will be beneficial to that end.
